As a Field Service Engineer 2 at Intuitive, you will be responsible for the installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all our products within your management designated area of responsibility. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all service agreements and warranty obligations are met and surpassed, while consistently exceeding customer expectations.
As a dispenser technician, you will provide field service to the concrete admixture sales team in the installation and support of dispensing equipment at customer locations and troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary. The employee in this position works remotely within established policies and procedures. Sika Corporation will supply a vehicle, cell phone, tools, and necessary equipment to meet the jobs needs.
A Field Service Support Engineer 2 will support an assigned region or temporarily assigned territory with planned maintenance activities or other actions as required. When required; install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and otherwise maintain all Intuitive products in an assigned region/territory ensuring all service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled and exceeding customer expectations. This requires expertise in electro-mechanical systems, specialized training, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
